Additionally, we welcome applications from professionals who can demonstrate success in a B2B environment, specialising in Sales or Customer Service/Account Handling.

YOUR SKILLS:

Recruitment is a challenging environment in which an individual with the right attributes can thrive. We are looking for people who can soundly demonstrate the following.

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment, B2B Sales or B2B Customer service

You will also require a full UK driving licence and access to transport in order to visit clients

Working out of the Leicester office, your duties will include:

Account Management:

  • Developing strong relationships with all clients
  • Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
  • Communicating with customers regularly – creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

Recruitment:

  • Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
  • Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

Business Development: 

  • Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients,
  • Securing new business using various Business Development techniques

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
