We would love to hear from either experienced Recruitment Consultants or individuals who would like to break into the recruitment industry and have a proven work history based in either Business Development or Customer Service – both within a business to business environment.

Experience & Qualifications

This role is open to –

  • Current Recruitment Consultants who are ideally working the temps sector within the logistics, industrial or healthcare industries (experience in other sectors may be considered).
  • Individuals who have a solid work history within Business to Business sales or customer service role (not retail).

Working out of the Nottingham office, your duties will include:

Account Management:

  • Developing strong relationships with all clients
  • Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
  • Communicating with customers regularly – creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

Recruitment:

  • Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
  • Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

Business Development: 

  • Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients,
  • Securing new business using various Business Development techniques

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
