After 15 successful years at our Alfreton Road premises, the move sees QSR investing in a more central location on Canal Street, Nottingham, allowing easier access for both applicants and employees.
The expansion of the business over the past 5 years saw QSR outgrowing the Alfreton Road premises. The larger Canal Street location offers the essential space needed to accommodate the rising number of Consultants and will allow room to increase numbers further in the future as the company continues to grow. Alongside this, private interviewing zones, parking and access to a staff gym all create a modern, conducive working environment for the QSR team.
The new office has also allowed room to advance the QSR Training department. The improvements have seen an addition to the training team personnel and a dedicated training room with a state of the art interactive screen. This allows us to ensure our staff are best equipped to find the right talent for our clients.
QSR recognised that many of our staff were still keen to exercise but the gym closures over the past year have restricted their options. The space in the new office gave us the ability to invest in our staff further and introduce fitness facilities. “Having a space in the workplace where employees can improve fitness and get an overall sense of wellbeing can only bring long term benefits to the organisation,” stated Brian Smith, Regional Director.
Our new location will improve the productivity of the recruitment process, its convenience increasing the number of interviews we can conduct; this allows us to create a larger pool of candidates with the right calibre of worker for our clients.
Along with a new location, we have updated our brand within the market to reflect our modern approach of conducting business in the future.
