Our client, a well established clothing company, is seeking a proactive Key Account Administrator to oversee both retail and wholesale operations.
In this role, you’ll coordinate weekly stock replenishments, manage the price book, create promotional deals, and ensure accurate EAN barcode management. You’ll also be the go-to contact for store managers regarding till and stock issues. On the wholesale side, you’ll develop seasonal date sheets, verify data accuracy, monitor sell-through rates, and use the Blu Jay system to manage backend stock and barcode updates.
You will act as the main point of contact for key retail and wholesale accounts, managing orders, resolving queries, and working closely with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account management, ideally within both retail and wholesale environments. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Due to the location of the role, a valid driver’s license and your own transport are also essential.
