We are seeking a HR associate/Office administrator.
Our client based in the heart of Burton on Trent is currently seeking someone to join their established office team as a HR administrator.
You will be –
• Dealing with staff holiday requests
• Calculating hours based on timesheets, generating costings, and doing employee payroll
• Generating purchase orders for managers and clients
• Communicate company updates to the team
• Help implement a new HR system
• Purchasing office goods, cleaning supplies, and PPE
• Managing delivery details and keeping on top of records
• Keeping on top of utility bills.
Applicants for this role will need to have experience in a similar environment, competent Microsoft office experience, and be a team-player.
You will have a can-do attitude.
