You will be responsible for ensuring a fantastic customer experience throughout the purchasing process. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders and refunds, track deliveries, manage complaints, and provide internet support via web chat.
Alongside this, there are multiple sites you will be required to travel between, depending on staffing requirements, so access to your own vehicle is essential in this position.
To be successful you must have:
– Customer service experience
– Access to your own vehicle
– Be driven, motivated and enthusiastic
– Have a positive and proactive attitude
The below requirements are not essential, but would be extremely advantageous to your application:
– Retail experience (6 months)
