Job Description
As a Driver’s Mate, you will help to deliver large appliances to customers’ homes. Working alongside the Driver, you will share the weight of the goods using a shoulder dolly. Additionally, a sack barrow is available to assist with moving the appliances. Items you will be handling include fridge freezers, cookers, TVs, and similar household appliances. You MUST be comfortable with heavy lifting.

Hourly Rate: This position pays at £11.44 per hour. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship.
Working Hours: The start times vary, but are always morning starts, anywhere between 03:00 and 07:30 and you will finish when the job is done. Due to the nature of the role, there may be more or less drops and given traffic, you may sometimes be out for a long day i.e. 12 hours. Please make sure that this is something that you are okay with.

Experience & Qualifications
You must be comfortable with very heavy lifting, possess excellent customer service skills, and be willing to go the extra mile when needed.
Previous warehouse experience is essential.
A valid driving licence and your own transport are required due to early start times.
