Job Description
Class 1 Lorry work available for experienced drivers in Alfreton.
This is long distance, trunking work in refrigerated vehicles, with minimal manual duties.
Duration: This is an ongoing role however, full time/ permanent contracts are available.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: The salary for this role is £15.70 per hour Plus 28 days of holiday pro rata. Any hours over 9.6hrs will be paid at £19ph.
or £19.00 per hour Days if paid by our nominated Umbrella Provider
Working Hours: Hours of work
Days (flexible start time to suit personal circumstances)
Start time between 04:00 & 10:00 averaging 10-12 hours per day

Experience & Qualifications
To be suitable for this role you must:
– Have a full UK Drivers Licence with a C+E entitlement – with 2 years on your licence
– Have a minimum of 12 months continuous experience driving articulated lorries in the UK
– Have no more than 6 points on your Licence
– Have a strong and coherent understanding of driver’s working hours and working time directive.
– Have a Digital Tacho Card (Digicard)
– Have a valid Driver CPC Card
