We are looking for customer service advisors to help assist our client with the busy running of their business.
You will be handling customer complaints, through email, telephone, and written correspondence, while ensuring a polite and customer-focused approach.
Also, Support, resolve issues professionally and efficiently, and make decisions regarding refunds or replacements
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing environment – either in person or remotely
If you have handled customer queries and complaints or have experience in being a customer service advisor, this would be ideal experience.
