Experience customer service advisor wanted!
We are looking for customer service advisors to help assist our client with the busy running of their business.
You will be:
handling customer complaints
Dealing with inquiries through email, telephone, and written correspondence.
Support, resolve issues professionally and efficiently, and make decisions regarding refunds or replacements while ensuring a polite and customer-focused approach.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing environment, whether that be in a retail store or dealing with customer complaints over the phone.
If you have handled customer queries and complaints or have experience in being a customer service advisor, this would be ideal experience.
