In this Customer Service advisor role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints across email, phone, and written communication. Your duties will include providing prompt and professional support, addressing concerns effectively, and making decisions on refunds or replacements to ensure customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing environment, whether that be in a retail store or dealing with customer complaints over the phone.
If you have handled customer queries and complaints or have experience in being a customer service advisor, this would be ideal experience.
