This role involves handling customer complaints and inquiries through email, telephone, and written correspondence. You will provide support, resolve issues professionally and efficiently, and make decisions regarding refunds or replacements while ensuring a polite and customer-focused approach.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing environment, whether that be in a retail store or dealing with customer complaints over the phone.
If you have handled customer queries and complaints or have experience in being a customer service advisor, this would be ideal experience.
