We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent office administrator role in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The job mostly involves providing administrative support to the office, in addition to assisting the senior administrator with day-to-day tasks.
You can expect to complete duties such as:
• Filling and data entry
• Typing and proofing letters/quotes
• Sort UK and international travel out for staff
• Process credit card transactions
• Deal with customer enquiries
• Mail shots
• All aspects if sales order processing and stock control using Sage 100
This is only a glimpse of what you will be doing. The job will involve numerous other tasks and will vary daily. We seek an experienced administrator who can operate independently and think creatively to accomplish the task. Punctuality, professionalism, and organisation are essential traits.
Previous experience from an engineering company would be a huge advantage.
You will be a professional, punctual and organised person who is experienced in all Microsoft packages.
