Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a well know establishment based in Derby.
The fulfilment Manager will coordinate warehouse and despatch teams to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include motivating and training staff, ensuring order accuracy, monitoring inventory, and implementing process improvements.
You will manage dispatch timelines, liaise with logistics partners, and track key performance metrics. Additionally, you will plan and manage staffing levels to handle increased order volumes during peak times which includes weekends.

The Fulfilment Manager oversees the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and dispatch across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale.
