Food Production Operatives

Are you looking for a long term role as a food production operative?

Job roles will include: –
– Handling – using knife skills to prepare vegetables there can be separating florets of broccoli/cauliflower, slicing sweet potatoes into wedges, removing the cores from peppers etc.
– Checking – washing and preparing delicate vegetables to the required standards and processes.
– Processing – hand prepared root crop vegetables into bags up to 10kg in weight.
– Inspecting and sorting peeled root crop vegetables to meet customer requirements.
– Packing orders to meet customer requirements, pallet banding/wrapping.
