You will be working in a production factory preparing vegetables.

Roles and responsibilities will be:
– chopping and slicing vegetables using knives
– separating florets of broccoli/cauliflower, removing the cores from peppers etc.
– washing and preparing vegetables
– Processing root crop vegetables into bags up to 10kg in weight.
– Inspecting and sorting root crop vegetables to meet customer requirements.
– Bagging orders ready for dispatch.

In order to keep the vegetables fresh, the factory has to a chilled environment, it will be 2 to 6 degrees so you must be comfortable working in these conditions.
