QS Recruitment is pleased to announce that it can now offer all office staff rapid lateral flow testing three times a week.
Previously, only small groups of staff could access regular testing and attend the office. The introduction of regular testing for all will enable entire teams to return to work in the office safely, all while preventing the spread of Coronavirus.
Returning to work in the office was eagerly anticipated by all consultants, preferring the office environment compared to working remotely. Previously, staff had only been able to work in the office in small groups, while others worked from home. This helped reduce the number of staff coming into contact with each other.
Throughout the pandemic, our focus, as always, has been to provide the best service to our clients and applicants. To do so, we continued conducting face-to-face interviews using safety measures such as screens, masks, limited numbers, and strict cleaning regimes to keep staff and visitors safe.
“The addition of regularly tested staff reinforces our position on ensuring safety throughout the interview process” – Peter Gillespie, Managing Director
Director Peter Gillespie comments: “We wholly believe that face-to-face interviewing is an integral part of the quality of service that we offer – ensuring a fully compliant recruitment service can sometimes be compromised by undertaking remote interviewing. Face-to-face interviewing was particularly important during 2020, as we saw substantial growth in business throughout the year resulting in conducting nearly 5000 interviews. That growth pattern is set to continue throughout 2021.
We are pleased that we have been able to continue this part of our service over the past year, and the addition of regularly tested staff reinforces our position on ensuring safety throughout the interview process”.
The rapid lateral flow tests are self-administered, and the results are recorded with both QS Recruitment and the NHS Track and Trace system.
