The initiative will give candidates a solid grounding in the industry through a structured 12-month training programme which will see them work towards nationally-recognised recruitment qualifications, with subsequent progression opportunities for successful trainees.
During that time, candidates will work in all the divisions within the business, incorporating both front- and back-of-house operations. It will consist of six modules, each lasting between one month and three months.
Working in teams at our Nottingham head office, the programme will equip candidates with the skills to interview, recruit and place temporary workers, manage client accounts, conduct telephone and face-to-face sales, manage payroll and credit control systems, conduct compliance checks and adhere to industry legislation.
The programme will incorporate both internal and external training, as candidates work towards a Level 3 NVQ Diploma and an IRP (REC) Level 3 Technical Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Kerri Adams, our Training and Compliance Manager, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join our amazing team. It will give the right candidate a thorough grounding in both our business and the way the recruitment industry works, so they have a solid platform on which to launch their career with us”
“Our strength comes from the talented and dedicated people who work for us and we believe we are in a strong position to be able to offer an exciting, forward-thinking and rewarding training programme which will offer genuine progression and development opportunities.”
