Are you experienced in retail work and looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for people with a retail-based work history to join our clients as a Customer service advisor. The client is a well known clothing company but are a close knit team in the office.
You will be doing mainly administrative duties like handling phone calls and emails from customers which also includes things like dealing with customer enquiries or complaints, assisting customers with processing their orders. A strong background in retail would be extremely useful for this position, due to the nature of the clients products.
Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to travel between sites, so access to your own transport is required.
