In this Customer service advisor role, you will handle customer complaints and inquiries through email, phone, and written correspondence. Providing support and resolving any related issues professionally, politely, and efficiently. You will be tracking orders, decision making and liaising with customers by offering refunds or replacements.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing environment, whether that be in a retail store or dealing with customer complaints over the phone. Experience as a customer service advisor is advantageous.
If you have handled customer queries and complaints or have experience in being a customer service advisor, this would be ideal experience.
