Are you experienced in retail work and looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for people with a retail-based work history to join our fantastic clients as a customer service advisor.
You will be required to perform administrative duties, and help customers processing their orders. This will be via webchat, on the phone and email. A strong background in retail would be extremely useful for this position, due to the nature of the clients products.
Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to travel between sites, so access to your own transport is required.
To be successful you must have:
– Customer service experience
– Access to your own vehicle
– Be driven, motivated and enthusiastic
– Have a positive and proactive attitude
The below requirements are not essential, but would be extremely advantageous to your application:
– Retail experience (6 months)
