Job Description
This role will include dealing with customer complaints and queries via email, telephone and letters. Providing support and resolving any related issues professionally, politely, and efficiently. You will be decision making and liaising with customers by offering refunds or replacements.
Hourly Rate: The hourly wage is £12.70 per hour.

Working Hours: You will work from 08:00 until 16:30 from Monday to Thursday and then from 08:00 until 16:00 on a Friday.

Experience & Qualifications
To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing environment, whether that be in a retail store or dealing with customer complaints over the phone.
If you have handled customer queries and complaints this would be ideal experience.
