Excellent opportunity to start a new full time and permanent role within an established engineering company in Leicestershire.
Working as an office administrator, your role will be to support the office assisting the senior office administrator with the day to day running. This is a varied job role that includes all different tasks to include but not limited to:
• Filing and data entry
• Typing, drafting and proofing letters and customer quotes
• Managing the diary
• Answering the phone
• Sales order processing and stock control using SAGE 1000
• Arranging inports/exports
• Mail shots
• Ordering PPE
• Dealing with enquiries
You will be expected to have a professional approach to everything you do, be punctual, reliable and be good at juggling and prioritising tasks.
You must have previous office administration experience, preferably from an engineering background. You will be computer literate and excellent at using Microsoft office; Word, Excel, outlook. You will have good touch typing skills (shorthand would be an advantage) with a good eye for detail and the ability to plan your own work whilst showing initiative.
Most of the training is done on the job.
