Job Description

Have you got experience in a customer service environment, in an office or retail store which included administration tasks?
Within this role, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders and refunds, track deliveries, manage complaints, and provide internet support while ensuring a professional and positive experience. The role requires problem-solving abilities, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in IT systems such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service within an office, retail, or administrative setting, with strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce is essential, with stock control and warehouse experience being desirable.
