As one of the primary contacts for any questions or issues, ensuring availability to provide on-site support to staff is essential for addressing any concerns, big or small.
You will explain company policies and relevant legislation, while also conducting training in Health & Safety, Equal Opportunity, Harassment, Mental Health, ISO & BRC Audits, Fire, and Manual Handling. You will advocate for company policies, lead induction training, and manage meetings related to return-to-work, reasonable adjustments, absence, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
This position will also include supporting line managers with appraisals, administering employee surveys, fostering a lean culture and continuous improvements are also key. responsibilities. Ensuring availability to provide on-site support to staff is essential for addressing any concerns, big or small.
To be considered for this role you must have good IT and numeracy skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You must be a personable, approachable and friendly character.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of various HR functions along with fantastic problem solving skills.
