Experience & Qualifications

This position offers opportunity to both experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants who want to take their career to the next level. A person-centred approach to training and development provides a supportive environment to enhance existing skills and develop new ones, whilst constantly increasing your knowledge base and commercial awareness of the industry.

Applicants must have:

Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the logistics or industrial industries. However, experience in other sectors will be considered.
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
A drive to overcome challenges and problem-solve
A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career
A team player attitude
Evidence of a progressive and developed career to date
A driving licence and access to transport

Working out of the Nottingham office, your duties will include:

Business Development:

Leading by example to create a strong sales ethic within the team
Forming, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients

Implementing varying Business Development strategies to secure new clients
Be instrumental in increasing business profits in line with KPIs and company goals
Reporting on sales activity

Account Management:

Developing strong relationships with all clients
Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
Communicating with customers regularly – creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

Recruitment:

Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

Staff Development:

First point of contact for consultants
Assist in the development, guidance, and motivation of the team
Highlight any areas of noncompliance within the team
Provide mentorship to new starters
Communicate regularly and effectively with Management and Training
Report any concerns of performance inadequacies
Provide office cover in the absence of the Branch Manager

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
