  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the logistics or industrial industries. Experience in other sectors will be considered, however.
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Evidence of a progressive and developed career to date
  • A driving licence and access to transport

Working out of the Lincoln office, your duties will include:

Account Management:

  • Developing strong relationships with all clients
  • Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
  • Communicating with customers regularly – creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

Recruitment:

  • Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
  • Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

Business Development: 

  • Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients,
  • Securing new business using various Business Development techniques

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
