Office admin role starting immediately, full time hours.
Our client are a Niche Engineering company who provide specialist installation services worldwide.
Working within the team, your main role is to provide administrative support within the office assisting the senior office administrator on a daily basis. Daily tasks to include but not restricted to are; filling and data entry, typing, proofing and drafting letters, booking all travel arrangements, sales order processing and stock control using SAGE 1000. Other duties include drafting and sending mail shots, ordering PPE, maintaining stationary levels, dealing with enquiries and making refreshements.
You must be an experienced administrator with proven experience. You will be reliable, professional, punctual and organised. You must also be good at prioritising workloads, juggling jobs and be an excellent tea, player. You will be comfortable with using all microsoft packages to include word, excell and outlook. Shorthand would be an advantage.
